How to delete it
- Sign in to TengoChat on the website or in the app.
- Open Settings and go to Delete account, at the bottom.
- Enter your password and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
What is deleted
Your companions, every conversation, what they remember about you, your plans, notifications and photos, your phone number and your age check are deleted, and your name and email are removed. A subscription paid by card on the website is cancelled.
What is kept
Records of payments and call minutes, no longer linked to your name or email, are kept by TengoFeed, Inc for as long as tax and accounting law requires. A note that the account was deleted stays in the security log.
Can't sign in?
Write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. You will get a reply when it is done.
