Billing questions
What counts as a minute?
Texting never uses minutes. A minute on a voice call uses 2 minutes from your balance, and a minute on video uses 2 minutes.
Do plan minutes roll over?
Minutes that come with a plan reset every billing month. Minutes you buy in a pack stay until you use them.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your plan page. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your companions and memories stay. You can keep texting with a daily limit, and choose a plan or buy minutes whenever you like.
How do I pay?
By card, securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Is this therapy?
